About

A small product, started in Liepāja

ReplayStamps is new. No investors, no sales team, and not one paying customer. This page exists so that can be said plainly rather than implied away.

01

Where it came from

Coftea is a coffee and tea stand in the Liepāja Pētertirgus market pavilion. Like every shop that size it keeps a rubber stamp on the counter and knows nothing about who its regulars are. Every loyalty product we looked at wanted a tablet at that counter. In a pavilion with no socket and no reliable signal, that means never.

02

Why we don’t fight the paper

At the counter a paper stamp card is close to unbeatable: one second, no internet, no training, no battery, nothing to charge. Every app that tries to replace it loses in exactly that spot. So we take over only what paper is bad at — the memory, the message, and the lost card.

03

Coftea is the honesty test

They get it free, forever. They are a family with a small child and no spare hour for technology. If they can’t use it without training, it isn’t ready for anyone else — and we find that out before the first invoice rather than after the tenth.

04

What we measure first

What share of people scan a QR code on a card already in their hand. If that number is bad we will say so and stop cheaply. That is a better outcome than a year spent building features on top of a number nobody checked.
