The short version

This site does not run advertising trackers, does not set marketing cookies and does not sell anything to anyone. If you write to us, we use your message to answer your message.

What this site collects

• The contact form. Your name, email, shop and message. We use them to reply, and for nothing else. They are not added to a mailing list.
• Server logs. Our hosting keeps ordinary web-server logs — IP address, page requested, time, browser string — for operating and securing the site.
• Analytics. We run our own analytics to count page views, scroll depth and outbound clicks. It sets no cookies, obeys your browser’s Do Not Track setting, and is not shared with an advertising network. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no third-party tag on this site (checked 2026-07-31).
• Opting out. Turn on Do Not Track in your browser, or open any page on this site with #am-ignore at the end of the address — that switches analytics off for this browser permanently.

Customer data in the product

When a shop uses ReplayStamps, the people who collect stamps are the shop’s customers, not ours. The shop is the controller of that data; we are a processor acting on its instructions. We do not use it for our own purposes and we do not sell or share it.

Until consent records are built — purpose, timestamp, channel and a withdrawal link — we do not capture end-customer contact details at all. That is a deliberate limit, not an oversight.

How long we keep things

Contact messages are kept while a conversation is useful and deleted on request. Server logs rotate on the ordinary hosting schedule.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@replaystamps.com and a person will answer.

Who we are

ReplayStamps is run by Mārtiņš Īviņš in Latvia. There is no company behind it yet — it is pre-incorporation. When that changes, the registered details go here.
