Coffee is a habit, not a purchase
In a café the streak is the whole business. Someone who comes every weekday and someone who came twice are two completely different customers, and today you cannot tell them apart.

Nothing to train a barista on
There is no new thing at the counter to learn. Somebody on their first shift already knows how to use it, because it is the same rubber stamp that was always there.
Straight answer: today the left plate and the QR code are the product. The wallet pass and the notifications are phase 2 and are not built. The dated list further down says exactly where each piece stands.
